Since 2003 Bayasgalant has been engaged in helping the children
The aim of Bayasgalant, Kinderhilfe Mongolia is to provide children in need and their families with the necessities to live above the poverty line. Our vision is to support them in any possible way so that they can achieve this aim and become self-sufficient.
Bayasgalant support the families individually.
In nine different projects 175 children are taken care of.
Bayasgalant day care centre
The day care centre is a safe haven for the children where they are able to feel at home and meet their friends. It’s a place where they can just be children and have enough time to play.
But the day care centre is much more than just playing: it also provides them with three nutritious meals, support with homework, warm clothes and medical check-ups. The teachers also teach the children social manners.
Bayasgalant home care
Some families live too far away for their children to be able to attend the daycare centre therefore the social worker visits them at home. Most of these families were part of the former project of Bayasgalant.
